At Oliver’s Mapleworks we produce delicious pure maple products from our family owned and operated sugar camp.
Oliver’s Mapleworks offers a comprehensive range of delicious maple products. As a 100% natural sweetener maple syrup makes a tasty topping and a wonderful addition to your baking. Maple syrup, maple butter, and maple candy make unique gifts for family and friends. Our maple products are available at the sugar camp during the season or by order anytime of the year!
Maple Syrup Season 2021
There will be a Syrup Season in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, but it will not be open to the Public due to the continued pandemic that threw us for a loop during last year’s syrup season.
There will be a “virtual” First Tapping ceremony, that will honour long time maple producer and equipment dealer Donald Dodds of Clayton, who passed away just before Christmas 2020. Many local producers will be doing the same and the videos will be uploaded to the L&DMSPA website on March 6, 2021; please watch for that on Facebook and Instagram as well.
Pre-Covid guests could visit the sugar bush and camp during maple syrup season in March and April for an enjoyable, family oriented activity surrounded by the beauty of nature. Experience the joy of springtime in the sugar bush with all its wonderful sights, sounds and tastes. Meet our miniature horses, chickens, goats and rabbits at the ”Blue Barn” during their visit.
The Blue Barn is looking forward to having some baby goats on or about March 12, 2021. And the new chicks arrive April 2, 2021
We look forward to a time when we can share the season with guests again.
All that to say we will post when fresh maple syrup is available…usually by March 10….and folks are welcome to shop online, call or email an order for pick up.
Thank-you for your continued support and for shopping local!
